This is what I do in my free time…

No, not make stalker-like collages of korean actors/actresses. I watch korean dramas.  And, I’ve noticed a lot of the clothes are really amazing.  They really have the layering and using different textures and patterns thing down.

I just did a quick search and put down a few that looked pretty nice.  The layering and texturizing isn’t really seen in these pictures though because I couldn’t find any, and I probably wasn’t looking hard enough.  [Procrastination!] But watch (or skim) dramas like Snow Queen, Star’s Lover, and East of Eden, and you’ll see some really good outfits.

Anyways, moving on to talk about the pictures themselves.  If you look at a bigger picture of the one with only two pictures (go to my flickr or here) the actress is wearing that black velvety dress with shoes that look like checkered wingtip heels which I really like because it keeps it from being to predictable/boring. I also really like her jacket in the next picture.  I could totally imagine wearing that with just about anything.  Versatility is good.  Yes, remember that.  Then, there’s that last single picture which isn’t from a drama, but it’s such a crazy dress I had to include it.  Seriously, that dress is amazing not that I would (or could) wear it.  Bravo! I applaud you for your amazing style!

And now I must, sadly, go back to my cell cycle drawing.

*chants* “interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, cytokinesis.” or, as my teacher also puts it, Pee on Mat. PMAT. stare at it for awhile, you’ll get it soon enough.
